By trade I'm a software engineer in high performance computing. Outside of work, I practise Hindustani classical music (Khayal on sitar and Dhrupad on surbahar), take black & white photographs, play tennis, and learn Vedic chants. When time and schedule allow, I spend time reading books, playing video games, listening to classical music, creating cool tech projects, exploring new fragrances, working on bonsai plants, or travelling to new places.

High Performance Computing
Code that simulates proteins and fluids, built for the largest computers. Much of the work is making it run faster.
Hindustani Classical Music
A raag is that which colours the mind, in a thousand shades. Khayal on sitar and dhrupad on surbahar.
Black & White Photography
A symphony of lights and shadows, with the geometry holding each frame together.
Tennis
The rush of a clean strike, and the running, and the exhaustion, and the ball coming back at you.
Vedic Chants
Always surrounded by mantra chanting, and only now taking the interest to understand what it means.
Travel
Platforms, harbours, a hill above the sea. You go to see a place, and come home seeing your own.

Everything else I spend time on because I enjoy it.
